How long to wear the brace?
hello, I live in California, my daughter just got her ponsetti brace today and i was wondering how long she needs to wear it? thank you

Hi Shannon,
If you follow Ponseti - and this is strongly adviced - she will wear it for 23 hours per day for 3 months. It should then be gradually reduced over a month or so until she wears it for nap and sleep time (at least 12 hours per 24 hours). She will finally only wear it at night sleep until she is 4 or 5 years old.
