Aoibheanns Story Wk 7

Our last day of casts wow can't believe that we are moving onto the next stage already, as this will be the main stage & what we have to get used to for the next few years. We went along to OLH & the nurses & staff are just so nice. Got the cast taken of nice & quick, which she really didn't like as her feet where extra sensative. The scar from the tenotomy is hardly there its crazy.

Then the next hard part came which was putting on the boots for the 1st time wow the squeals it was like the tenotomy all over again which we did not expect at all. So our little nugget now has her snow board as my 2 sons are calling it. For the past 24 hrs she has not really been a happy camper. I am sure this will all improve over the next few days as she gets used to the feeling.

One thing she really did enoy & so did we was giving her a bath for the 1st time at home. She was so calm and really loved it so we will make this a nightly routine when she has her boots off.  She also moved into her big cot tonight & looks so small in it its crazy she looked so big in the moses basket & now looks so small.
