H's Little Foot

I am so thankful I found this website! I don't feel like we have to go through this alone now! My daughter was born with club foot of her right foot only. She was born October 23rd, went through a cast series, had her Achilles surgery on Dec 20th, and was put into her boots and bar on January 11th. She has been great so far, she doesn't seem to mind them too much, thank goodness. 

Only thing so far, is when i take her boot off to do stretches or bath time, is her feet are cold and feel wet. Not sure what to do about that? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Sarah , 

My daughter Jodie was born on sept 29th with talipes in the right foot also , 

after a slow start she didn't get her first cast until she was 4 wks old she is now getting ready for boots and bar, 

maybe some talc like caldesene powder might help with the dampness in her feet and it will also prevent chafing and skin irritations

I used the organic baby power on H's feet last night and it worked!! No more sweaty feet! Thank you so much for the great idea!
