Hello, my name is Jenna, my daughter Rose was born in October 2011 with bilateral congenital Talipes. She has a had a series of 5 plaster casts on the Ponseti method, a tenotomy on the right foot and is now wearing the boots and bar. The treatment has been done at Great Ormond Street Hospital and has been very sucessful. Rose doesn't seem to mind the boot and bar and she was very placid throughout the plaster cast treatment too.

One concern we have is that her feet are always cold we are using thick socks with grips and blankets but nothing seems to warm her feet up, does anyone else have this problem?

Hello Jenna. wow, what a beautiful baby on your profile pic.  My daughter has freezing cold feet too.  Not sure why.  She is in boots and bars at the moment for 23 hours a day so when I take them off for the one hour, her feet warm up.  Then cold when her boots and bar go back on. When she was in the plastering phase, they were cold too. Would love to know why too. xx
